Based on a 1.4GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, 16GB internal storage, the Lumia 800 supports 3.7-inch WVGA (480 x 800) AMOLED display with ClearBlack technology. The connectivity features include HSDPA 14.4Mbps, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1.
Among its additional goodies are 25GB SkyDrive cloud storage, Nokia Drive and Nokia Music with Mix Radio.

Motorola DROID RAZR
Based on a Motorola DROID RAZR a dual-core 1.2GHz processor with 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and running Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread the Motorola DROID RAZR sports a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED qHD display with scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass. The advantage of the Moto Droid RAZR is it is one of the thinnest Android smartphones available in the market right now.

In fact the Motorola DROID RAZR is the winner, if not paying attention to its higher price. The Lumia 800 that costs for about $530 comes with decent specs, while the Motorola DROID RAZR takes whatever the Lumia 800 throws away and still sports more high-end specs and higher price $660.
