Apple to Ban the Sales of the Galaxy S III
You may have heard that Apple was going to block the sales of the new famous Galaxy SIII in the US before its launch date- June 21. The reason is that Apple thinks Samsung infringing on a few patents with the Galaxy S III.
And now it seems like there is some bad news for Cupertino since Judge Lucy Koh has denied a hearing before June 21. Now Apple needs to request or a second hearing some time after June 21. At that time the Samsung Galaxy S III will be already on sale in the US.
Surely, we do not know what will be in the future, but as for now Apple has failed.
